About Us — Craft Built, Comfort Driven

Comfy Concealment was born in a two-car garage outside Detroit, where a small team of veteran sewists and firearm instructors asked a simple question: Why does “premium” carry gear still feel like a brick after an hour? When we tore apart the so-called best holster wedges on the market, we found shortcuts everywhere—thin neoprene, mystery foams, sloppy single-stitch seams, and zero attention to how the pad actually sits against skin.

So we started over.

Made the Hard Way—Right Here at Home

Every wedge is cut, sewn, and inspected in the USA. We source heavyweight natural fabrics, run commercial walking-foot machines for dead-straight seams, and finish with industrial hook-and-loop that stays put through heat, sweat, and recoil. If it won’t survive a decade of daily carry, it doesn’t leave the shop.

Materials That Earn Their Keep

  1. Heritage Cotton Canvas – Breathable, washable, and tough enough for workwear.
  2. Rugged Hemp Blend – Naturally antimicrobial with the strength to rival denim.
  3. 100 % Wool Twill – Temperature-regulating and odor-resistant; warm in winter, cool in summer.
  4. Premium Stuffings – Choose lofted cotton or wool for all-natural cushioning that molds to you without breaking down.

No gels that leak, no bargain-basement foams that smell like chemicals—just fibers that have proven themselves for centuries.

What “Premium” Really Means

Competitors love the word premium—but when you look inside, you’ll find off-the-shelf neoprene glued together overseas. We double stitch seams, back-stitch stress points, and batch-test every run for pull strength. The difference shows up on day one and still feels right on year ten.

Carry comfortably, carry confidently, and know exactly who made the gear that’s got your back. That’s the Comfy Concealment promise.
